Grant Zamudio is a Bay Area native and a 2nd generation real estate broker. He brings an extensive real estate background to support his clients here in the Bay Area and beyond!

He works exclusively with tenants. He is a data driven strategist who brings extensive perspective and data to help clients get their real estate and end user experience to the next level. He has coined the performance lease and gears negotiations according to his clients' needs.

Grant has completed over $2.7 billion dollars in transactions and has received awards for his work nationally and internationally.

He and his wife Shelby have two (2) young boys Indy & Bowden. He is a triathlete, golfer, and loves to spend time in Capitola, CA.
