
Clarissa Mamaril
Clarissa Mamaril is a Senior Principal Property Manager at San Francisco International Airport (SFO), where she has served in the Revenue Development and Management Department since 2010. She leads the Airport’s Food and Beverage Program, overseeing a portfolio that generates more than $300 million in annual sales.
Clarissa is responsible for the strategic planning and management of SFO’s Food and Beverage Program, including terminal and space planning, commercial leasing strategy, Request for Proposal (RFP) processes, tenant compliance, and capital improvement and construction projects. Throughout her tenure, she has helped shape the Airport’s long-term commercial strategy while advancing initiatives that enhance the passenger experience, support small businesses, and drive non-aeronautical revenue growth. She has also served on the Small Business Stability Recovery Task Force and the Social-Economic Responsibility Task Force.
Clarissa holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and a Juris Doctor. Her background combines legal acumen with strategic business leadership, enabling her to navigate complex commercial, operational, and contractual matters while delivering long-term value for one of the nation’s busiest airports.
