Grant Zamudio is a Bay Area native and a 2nd generation real estate broker. He brings an extensive real estate background to the broad through his longstanding focus on the Bay Area's real estate landscape and ecosystem.

He works exclusively with tenants, so his viewpoint is on what is good for the end user and employee, not just the developer.

Grant has completed over $2.7 billion dollars in transactions and has received awards for his work nationally and internationally.

He and his wife Shelby have two (2) young boys Indy & Bowden, and they love to visit Santa Cruz on the weekends.
