Keynote Address
Bob Ladouceur

Bob Ladouceur's career as a high school football coach has reached almost mythical status since guiding Concord, Calif., De La Salle High School to a mind-boggling, national-record 151 consecutive victories. The Spartans were undefeated for 12 consecutive years (1992-2003). Overall he has produced 17 undefeated teams and five national champions.

The 51-year-old coach has compiled a stunning 306-19-3 record -- against top-flight competition -- in 27 years for a scintillating .939 winning percentage. He was enshrined in the coveted National High School Hall of Fame in 2001 and has been named National Coach of the Year several times. Making his feats even more remarkable is the fact that De La Salle never had a winning record until he took over in 1979.
