will be recognized at Samceda’s 2007 Awards of Excellence Luncheon.
The luncheon will be held at 12:00 Noon.
on Wednesday April 25, 2007 at Crowne Plaza in Foster City.
Nominations are currently being accepted for these prestigious awards. Samceda, representing the Peninsula business community since 1953, annually recognizes businesses and individuals who exemplify leadership, success, and contributions to the community. Nominees are recognized in six categories:
- David D. Bohannon Award of Excellence,
- Business Innovation and Good Management,
- Public Agency,
- Environmental Action and
- Community Service.
- Small Business Award for Outstanding Achievement and Contributions to the Community.
This award is added in recognition of the contributions small businesses make to the growth and success of our community and the impact have on the local economy and quality of life in our region. A small business is defined as one with less than 100 employees. The business may be nominated in categories such as: Start-up Business of the Year; Technology Business of the Year; Association of the Year; Non-profit Organization of the Year.
As someone involved in the community, we encourage you to submit a nomination for your company or another business or individual you feel is worthy. For your convenience, a brief description of the awards and a short nomination form are attached.
Nominations are due in the Samceda office by April 1, 2007. You can also find the nomination form Online HERE or Download Our PDF form and fax to 650-345-6896.
